Brave new world In this brave new world We’re all insane What are we still fighting for All our dreams that we’re striving for Are in vain Struggling all our lives And never a gain What are we still fighting for All the dreams that we’re striving for Are insane What wrong with this place When we find ourselves We’re insane Run away and never find us But we will be strong enough Wrong enough Cold, bold and dangerous Run away , they’ll never catch us In this brave new world We’re all insane What are we still fighting for All our dreams that we’re striving for Are in vain What wrong with this place When we find ourselves We’re insane Run away and never find us But we will be strong enough Wrong enough Cold, bold and dangerous Run away , they’ll never catch us

Borderline 04:43
Borderline The rest of my days I’m flowing my way And finding out all I need to know For each of our ways Alone in a world that’s cold And struggling for something that won’t go It’s borderline, in truth you find I’m on the line , and twirled the fine end I’m looking down and swallowed it bare For I don’t dare to know Just how the end goes and slowly Leaving borderline And everyone knows The colour you get when Your eyes are all wasted cold and blue Alone in this world And struggling to find somehow That life is just games for all your fears It’s borderline, in truth you find I’m on the line , and twirled the fine end I’m looking down and swallowed it bare For I don’t dare to know Just how the end goes and slowly Leaving borderline For I don’t dare to know Just how the end goes and slowly Leaving borderline

Sweet Air 03:51
Sweet Air Come here and see the stars, Just lean back in my arms As I glisten with pride For all that wells and lights up your eyes And the moment that echoes our longing Will never fade Like a deep long gaze In a morning haze And echoes within We’re two or so just now and We’ll never Fade away The air is sweet The sky’s purfume The wind just flows Like lovers do The moon still shines Till end of night And all I have Is yours my child All glitters Slowly through my mind Come back and see me sometime I’ll make it worth your while As I glisten inside All all that well and lights up your eyes

Be the Morning Now Doris is a friend of mine, he can’t hold back accepting no crime And he don’t want to be a dead set novelty, of give it away for time But we all got some information, cause the man grew up to aviod probation Now he don’t give a f**k if he wins or he lose, cause he ain’t got nothing but these Prison shoes….and it’ll be the morning And it was all he wanted the world to be , all the cops ever got to see, So don’t wait up or they’ll catch you too, for some lame assed crime that you couldn’t do, and now he f**ked up ,messed up ,left with no keys, Running round tryin to escape the scene, and now I don’t give a f**k if he wins or he lose, cause I ain’t got nothing but these prison blues, and it’ll be the morning Now I don’t give a damn if he don’t get out somehow Now I hear he’s got some witches, pasted on his wall And every night by candlelight , he offers sweet rewards And if he only could believe, he’d take his life a far But behind these wall, these doors and chains He probably can’t go far Now Doris ain’t no friend of mine And now he’s doin time paying for crime And he will never see the seting sun like me or find existence divine And we all got some information, cause the man grew up to avoid detention Now he don’t give a f**k if he wins or he lose Cause he ain’t got nothing but these prison blues …and it’ll be the morning

Celluloid 03:29
Celluliod Speeding my time away, shadowy figures appear on the wall, And traffic burns holes in my ears, Courting the figurine, a bust like a merrymans ass, and something is starting to crack Caught in the time machine, a picture glows better much better off screen and we’re all just paying our dues…. Celluloid…missing the golden rays void Pain eats the hourglass, forcefed the broadcast from one single vein, and the tube takes the poison away, sounds like the aerodrome , as fashion call sparkles her eyes And buzzards tell her to go Sights of the silver screen, the message is lost ,lost somewhere downstream But the flock is here for the show Celluliod… missing the golden rays void And I see the golden age, appear thru the cathode’s rage interview While fools of the everglades, appear like the ghosting that takes us away

71 07:55
71 Into this world, We’re made for each other , And it’s all here and now, To fall into this grace, I know destined from your mothers arms We learned the rules, And soon we’ll discover that it’s, All just a game And face our greatest fears, I know rested in your mothers charms It’s always, Burned within the sacred rhyme, Let us be forgiven for our crimes All our fears, Seven one We played our cards, And turned on each other, While we’re not really here We’d love to free this world, I know, Sequestered in your mothers arms It’s always, Burned within the sacred rhyme, Let us be forgiven for our crimes All our fears, Seven one

about

The Marines Sydney, Australia

The Marines combine classic, inspired song craft with a startling mix of rustic and lush elements. The haunted vocals of lead singer, Dan K, emerge from deep layers of stacked-harmonies and rich production to spin tales of loss, doubt and a bruised hope for the future. ... more
